It’s been a while!  Life has been crazy over the past two weeks, and I’ve had to put some focus on other areas of my life.   Funny how business gets in the way of pleasure sometimes.

On my way back from a business trip up in Boston today, I decided grab some Chinese for lunch.  After the meal, I opened my fortune cookie, and had to laugh out loud at how profound the message was.  I figured there was no better way to “re-engage” than to post the images and some thoughts.

“You do not have to know where you are going to be headed in the right direction”!  This has been my mantra, over the past 18 months, as I have gone through many personal and professional changes in my life.  Sometimes your intuition or “gut” just guides you to the “right” places in your life.

For someone like myself who strives for a predictable outcome to my life’s events, this has been a huge departure, but something that was necessary for my sanity and well being.  I’m doing it my way, while I still can, so in the words of “Old Blue Eyes”…….

“Regrets…..I’ve had a few……but then again….too few to mention”!

And of course, to complete the perfect fortune, on the back was the Chinese translation for wine.

Jiu…..I love it!
